Optomize operates under The Idea Consultancy, in incubation with the Twoj Startup foundation while our independent Polish registration is completed.
Optomize provides AI-powered advisory services including coaching, digital process mapping (lite), and strategic consulting. Our services are delivered through a combination of AI agents and human advisory.
If your first session does not leave you with something you can act on, tell us during that session and you will not be invoiced for it. You decide, not us. This applies to initial engagements only; terms for ongoing advisory relationships are agreed separately.
We do not guarantee specific commercial outcomes. Our services provide clarity, process mapping, and recommendations. Implementation and results depend on your organisation's actions and circumstances.
Strategy documents, process maps, and recommendations produced during an engagement belong to the client. The Optomize methodology, AI training data, and platform technology remain ours.
Information shared during advisory engagements is treated as confidential. We do not share client information with third parties without explicit consent. Anonymised and aggregated insights may be used to improve our AI agents and methodology.
When you contact us or engage us, we collect your name, email and organisation details, all provided by you, and anything you choose to write in a message or share during an advisory session.
This website runs no analytics and no advertising trackers. Our host records standard server logs, including IP addresses, as part of delivering the site. Fonts are loaded from Google's font service, which means Google receives your IP address when a page loads.
We use your information to: deliver advisory services, improve our AI agents and methodology, send you communications you have opted into, and comply with legal obligations.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting hello@optomize.io. We will respond within 30 days.
This website sets no cookies. There are no analytics cookies and no advertising cookies on it.
The client platform at app.optomize.io uses essential cookies for authentication and session management. Those are required for sign-in to work and there are no advertising cookies there either.
Optomize operates from Poland, as set out above. These terms are governed by Polish law, and any dispute will be resolved by the Polish courts.
